Fan Cam & Fan Engagement Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern use of the WrestleTalk x Hustle Fan Cam and fan-engagement experience operated by Trident Digital Media Limited.

By submitting content or otherwise using this service, you agree to these Terms where they apply to your use.

1. Who Operates the Service

The service is provided by:

The technology platform is provided and operated on behalf of Trident Digital Media Limited by Wenlock-Simpson Management Limited.

2. About the Fan Cam Experience

The service allows guests to submit photos and shout-outs or predictions for possible display on event or venue screens.

You may also be given the option to provide an email address so that an approved branded Fan Cam photo can be emailed to you and, separately, to opt in to the WrestleTalk and Hustle Wrestling mailing lists.

Participation in the Fan Cam submission experience does not require you to join either mailing list.

Submission, approval or moderation does not guarantee that your content will be displayed. We decide whether, when, where and how often approved content appears.

3. Photo Submission Rules

You may only submit a photo if:

• you took or own the photo, or otherwise have permission to submit it;
• you have permission from every identifiable person in the photo for it to be submitted, moderated and potentially displayed on event screens;
• where a child appears in the photo, you are their parent or legal guardian, or otherwise have the permission of their parent or legal guardian to submit the image;
• the photo does not infringe another person's privacy, intellectual-property or other rights;
• the photo complies with these Terms and any instructions shown during submission.

You must not submit a photo of a child where you do not have the appropriate parent or guardian permission.

4. Shout-Out and Prediction Rules

You are responsible for any shout-out or prediction you submit. It must not:

• be abusive, threatening, intimidating, harassing or bullying;
• be hateful, discriminatory or extremist;
• contain sexually explicit or otherwise seriously inappropriate material;
• be defamatory or make unlawful allegations about another person;
• encourage violence, dangerous behaviour or illegal activity;
• reveal private, sensitive or personal information about another person;
• infringe copyright, trade marks or other rights;
• contain unauthorised advertising, promotions, spam or deceptive material;
• impersonate another person;
• otherwise be unsuitable for display at the event in our reasonable opinion.

5. General Content Rules

You must not submit content that:

• contains unlawful material;
• contains explicit nudity or sexual activity;
• depicts serious violence, injury or illegal drug use;
• contains hateful, extremist or discriminatory material;
• contains QR codes or other material intended to redirect or manipulate viewers;
• contains sensitive personal information, private messages, payment-card details, identity documents or passwords;
• is malicious, fraudulent, technically harmful or designed to interfere with the service;
• is otherwise inappropriate for the live event screens in our reasonable opinion.

6. Moderation

Submissions may be reviewed by automated systems, human moderators, or both.

Automated image moderation may approve or reject a submission without human review. Automated moderation decisions about live-screen eligibility are final for that submission and there is no individual human-review appeal process.

We may:

• approve or reject any submission;
• remove approved content from display;
• delete submitted content;
• change how often approved content appears;
• refuse participation where misuse is suspected;
• report content or behaviour to relevant authorities where appropriate;
• pause, change or withdraw the Fan Cam service without notice.

We are not required to provide a reason for rejecting, removing or not displaying a submission.

7. Permission to Process, Brand and Display Content

By submitting a photo or shout-out, you give Trident Digital Media Limited and its service providers non-exclusive permission to:

• receive and store the submission;
• review and moderate it;
• resize, compress, convert, format or otherwise technically process it;
• apply borders, branding, animations, layout treatments or other Fan Cam presentation effects;
• display an approved version on event or venue screens;
• display it more than once as part of the live rotation;
• create a branded version for delivery to the email address you provide, where applicable;
• retain it temporarily for moderation, security and operational purposes.

This permission is limited to operating, moderating, displaying and delivering the Fan Cam experience. Submissions are not licensed under these Terms for later social-media advertising or unrelated external marketing use.

Photos and shout-outs will normally be deleted within 90 days, subject to limited longer retention where reasonably necessary for legal, regulatory, security, safeguarding, complaint-handling or misuse-prevention purposes.

8. Email Delivery and Mailing Lists

If you provide an email address for delivery of an approved branded Fan Cam photo, we will use that address for the delivery process and related service communications.

Joining the WrestleTalk and Hustle Wrestling mailing lists is optional and is not required to submit a photo or shout-out.

Where you actively consent, Trident Digital Media Limited may use the email address you provide to send WrestleTalk and Hustle Wrestling news, event updates, ticket announcements, competitions, promotions and offers.

You can withdraw your marketing consent at any time using the unsubscribe option in our emails or by contacting info@tridentdigitalmedia.co.uk .

9. Misuse and Access Restrictions

You must not:

• repeatedly submit content in order to manipulate the live rotation;
• attempt to bypass or interfere with moderation;
• probe, attack, disrupt or attempt unauthorised access to the platform or its systems;
• use automated tools, scripts or other methods to abuse the service;
• use the service for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

Where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached, we may refuse participation, remove content or restrict future access. The platform may not currently automate every such restriction, but our right to take those steps still applies.

10. Removal Requests

You may ask us to remove or delete a submitted photo or shout-out by contacting:

Please provide enough information to help identify the submission, such as the event, approximate time of submission and a description of the content. We may request information to verify your identity or entitlement to make the request.

11. Availability and Technical Operation

We do not guarantee that the service, live screens, upload journey, moderation system, email delivery or related functionality will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

The service may be affected by:

• internet, mobile-network or Wi-Fi availability;
• event or venue systems, screens and equipment;
• maintenance, updates or technical faults;
• third-party hosting, AI, analytics, advertising or communications services;
• device or browser compatibility;
• moderation delays or automated-service errors;
• event timings and operational requirements;
• circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Trident Digital Media Limited may change, pause or withdraw all or part of the service at any time.

12. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Subject to those limitations, Trident Digital Media Limited and Wenlock-Simpson Management Limited are not responsible for losses arising solely from:

• failure to receive or process a submission;
• failure of content to be approved or displayed;
• failure or delay in delivery of a branded Fan Cam photo;
• loss or corruption of submitted content caused by technical failure;
• temporary or permanent interruption of the service;
• device, connectivity or third-party service failures outside our reasonable control;
• losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you used the service.

Nothing in these Terms affects statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

13. Privacy

Personal data collected through the service is handled in accordance with the WrestleTalk x Hustle Fan Cam Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the service, events, technology, operational practices or legal requirements.

The current version will be published through the service with an updated "Last updated" date.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any dispute relating to these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
